Adroit is one of the few propeller shaft manufacturing companies in the world, which has 360-degree in house, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Starting from forging dies to finished forgings to world-class propshafts and components, Adroit manufactures everything on its own.
The forging division is equipped with hammers of various sizes to form the forgings, which are then passed through Heat Treatment System, Hardness Testing and Shot Blasting Machines required for producing high precision forgings.
The full-fledged machining facilities at Adroit are based on the latest cutting-edge technology, assuring an output that matches the international quality standard. The list includes hi-tech CNCs, Tracer Lathes, Broaching Machines, Cylindrical Grinders, Dynamic Balancing Machines, SPMs etc. for manufacturing propshafts assy and components, Induction Hardening System for stub shafts and yoke shafts, Millings, Drillings and numerous Special Purpose Machines. Adroit also has its own Glide Cote System Plant for Stub Shafts and DIN sleeve yokes.
All parts are created from forgings, which is as per O.E.M. specifications and not castings.
